What are your business hours?
Our office hours are:
– Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
– Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Do you have a physical showroom or store?
At the moment, we do not operate a public showroom. We maintain warehouses at 27-2, Jalan Prima Setapak 5, Setapak, 53100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. If you wish to pick up items or inspect them in person, please make an appointment with our sales team in advance.
Installation Service
Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we provide installation services for selected areas. If you require installation, you may request it during checkout or contact our support team to schedule an appointment.
Ordering / Modifying / Cancellation
Can I amend my order after I place it?
We will do our best to assist you with amendments before your order is shipped. However, once the order is in transit, changes may not be possible.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations once payment is completed.
Will I receive an order confirmation / invoice?
Yes. Once your payment is confirmed, an order confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as well.
Do I need an account to shop?
Yes, you must register as a member to make purchases and to enjoy member benefits such as reward points and special offers.
How do I apply a discount code or store credit voucher?
You can enter your discount code or voucher during the checkout process and click “Apply.” We cannot apply codes manually on your behalf, so please ensure your information is correct before proceeding with payment.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- FPX (Domestic Online Banking)
- E-wallets (e.g. Touch ’n Go, Grab Pay and Shopee Pay)
How will refunds be processed?
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit / voucher — we do not provide cash refunds. The voucher value corresponds to the price you paid (inclusive of discounts). The voucher is valid for [X days] and must be used in a single transaction. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to all of Malaysia?
Currently, we provide delivery services to West Malaysia. For East Malaysia or overseas delivery, additional charges may apply (please contact us for a quote).
How is shipping fee calculated?
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of the items.
What is the delivery lead time?
In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days. Once shipped, it may take an additional up to 7 working days depending on your location.
Which courier services do you use?
For West Malaysia, we use our own logistics team or partners such as J&T, SkyNet, etc. For East Malaysia, we primarily use J&T.
Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
You can check your order status by contacting our support or using the tracking number provided. (Note: if our online tracking system is temporarily unavailable, please reach out to our support team.)
Can I change the delivery address after shipment?
No, we do not allow address changes once the order is in transit. Please make sure your delivery address is accurate before completing checkout.
Are there additional costs for re-delivery?
Yes. If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address, re-delivery will incur extra shipping charges.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return / exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return or exchange policy from the date your order is completely delivered.
What conditions apply for returns or exchanges?
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
Buyers must coordinate return shipments in consultation with our team.
Who bears the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is for other reasons (change of mind, wrong model, etc.), the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
What is a Credit Voucher / Store Credit?
A credit voucher is a code equivalent to the refunded item’s price (after discounts) that you can use toward a future purchase. It must be used in one transaction and is valid for [90 days] from issuance.
Will I be notified before my credit voucher expires?
No, we do not send expiry reminders. Please be sure to use your voucher within the validity period. Expired vouchers cannot be reactivated.
